The room was re painted a few months ago and the living/dining room furniture has been recently upgraded.

- Sitting on the 9th floor you get an awesome view of the Olympic park and all of London. Super nice sunsets and views throughout the year out of two balconies. Because it’s on the corner there’s an additional balcony compared to other flats in the block!
- You would share a bathroom with one other housemate.
- There’s an open plan living space with kitchen, living room and dining room which gives out onto the balcony so you get the awesome views wherever you are.

- In the modern East Village, 5 mins away from Stratford International and Westfield Shopping Centre.
- Literally 1 min walk from door to Olympic park entrance

- Also near Hackney Wick and the canals and a 20 min walk to Victoria Park

THE FLATMATES:
- 3 super friendly people, all in early-mid twenties and working professionals.
- We keep the flat clean and tidy and are respectful of each other but like to chill in the evenings/weekends for a drink/meal/film/board game
- existing flat mates are a couple and another has the other room. Everyone is down to earth and lovely :)
