Well connected beautiful 2 bed apartment in Zone 2 for £1100 (plus bills). We LOVE the flat (loads of natural light and **incredible park views**), I'm looking for a replacement for my flatmate who is sadly moving to a new place.

About the flat
It’s a really great 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). Furniture (except mattress - new and used for less than 4 months) belongs to the current flatmate but landlord will replace the bed-frame and bedside tables. Lots of opportunity to make the space your own and do it up as you like. We’re in one of the few buildings with 2 balconies - One a semi-enclosed ‘winter garden’ (like a second living room looking over private communal gardens) and another that has hosted some great al fresco lunches. The open plan living room and kitchen is home to lots of plants. All the rooms and balconies face the Olympic park with views of London skyline too (epic sunsets!).

You will have the large master bedroom with an ensuite with waterfall shower and also blackout curtains, underfloor heating and soft carpets, dimming lights, TV port, air conditioning, large fitted wardrobe, ladder Desk (optional!).

Shared spaces are also fully furnished with a sofa, tv, dining table and all the usual appliances like a Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer.

Under ground Parking is available at a reasonable cost.

About the flatmate!
You will be sharing with me, Tanvi. I work as an anthropologist. Outside of work I enjoy yoga, a bit of tv in the evenings, finding new restaurants in the area, theatre, live gigs, hiking, and traveling. The flat has a cosy homely vibe and I like to keep it clean and tidy.

- Bills are around £120 each a month and include council tax, internet, energy, water, electricity.
