Stunning En Suite Double Room in Olympic Village

Hello! We're looking for a new flatmate for our modern and spacious flat.

The room has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage space, and looks into the internal court of Frye House - it’s bright and quiet.
The flat is located on the third floor and is warm, clean and gets a lot of light. There’s a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, the modern (and large) kitchen has new appliances and a door which opens onto a lovely balcony.
The flat is part of the former Olympic Village (now called East Village) and is only minutes from supermarkets, local restaurants/pubs (Hackney Wick is only 10 minutes away by foot), the Westfield shopping centre, buses, and Stratford International DLR and trains. An 8 minute walk gets you to Stratford Station - which means you can easily reach almost any part of London (and at zone 2 rate) on the Central, Jubilee, TFL trains, overground and more.

Rent includes access to fast broadband - while other bills amount to circa £80 extra per month on top of your rent. The landlords (Get Living London) have decided that deposits are not required, so you won’t have any cost in that sense.

Ideally, the move in date would be during the last week of October, and you won’t pay any rent until the 2nd of November.

Now a bit about the flatmates: you will share the apartment with two professional males (Francis and Owen) working normal office hours in the public and insurance sectors. They are absolutely sociable and tidy, and we’d prefer a like-minded individual too.
