Double room, fully furnished

I am moving out of my double bedroom as I have bought a house in Kent.

The available room is a fully furnished double room, sharing a bathroom with one couple. Always kept clean and tidy.

There is a large shared living space (fully furnished with all appliances 65” TV, toaster, kettle, air fryer etc), with panoramic views of central London with stunning sunsets! Also there is a beautiful large winter garden/covered balcony. The outdoor space is large enough for 2 people to comfortably work out on and lovely to relax in in all weathers.

The current contract comes to an end in January 2022. But the current flatmates are keen to stay and if we find someone keen, they are looking to renew the tenancy with someone new.

Current flatmates are 22-28 and are all young working professionals. Mental health advocate, creative designer, and sports manager. Two flatmates work from home most of the week. All like their own space but always down for socialising too. We all respect the flat, cat, and each other and want someone to fit into this too.

Currently a sweet 1 year old cat named Nala is also owned by one of the current flatmates, she is well behaved and well looked after. Would need to be okay with giving cuddles and attention to this ball of fluff from time to time.

Bills are around £85 per month and include Wifi, Gas, electricity and TV, this also includes house stuff (washing up, washing detergent, cleaning stuff etc.)
