Looking for someone to take over this lovely East village flat on December 3rd (dates can be negotiated if necessary).

The room:

The room itself is completely refurbished with brand new carpet and bedroom furniture. It comes with a triple wardrobe, two bedside tables and a tall chest of drawers as well as a double bed and a mattress that was brand new just a few months ago. It has a large, front facing tilt turn window which brings lots of light into the room.

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.

There is parking available through Get Living at an additional cost.

Rent is £850 per month payable to Get Living (the landlords), including free Wi-Fi.
Bills come to around £90 each month.
The deposit is £961.53 which is refundable at the end of the tenancy.

The tenancy currently ends at the end of May 2022, however it will be up to you and the other flatmates whether you decide to renew etc.

Prospective tenants need to meet credit referencing criteria with Get Living so do not hesitate to contact them regarding the requirements for this (mostly just earning abover 25k and with good credit).

The flat:

The flat is spacious and again all newly refurbished. All of the furniture and appliances were brand new when I moved in a few months ago. There is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining room area, with underfloor heating. There is also a large balcony winter garden which is covered, so great for any time of the year.

You'll be living with two young female professionals, aged 22 and 26, so ideally looking for another female around this age.

The area:

The flat is located in East village, E20 and it's just a 5-minute walk to Westfield and Stratford International stations. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to Stratford main station where you can get the Central, Jubilee line, Overground and other National Rail services.

There is a Sainsbury's local, a gym, and other local cafes and bars all within a 5-minute walk.
