Flatmate wanted for East Village 3-bed apartment

Hey,

As one of our flatmates if moving out, we are looking for a 3rd female flatmate to live with us.

-The flat: A quiet and relaxing place to unwind, it's a very spacious flat on the East side of East Village, with an open plan kitchen/living room and a balcony to enjoy when the weather gets better. The flat faces the Portlands lake with a nice view of the greenery. This is not a party flat and usually stays quiet on the weekends.

-The room: Bright large room with a private balcony, sharing a bathroom with only one other tenant.

-The area: East Village, also known as the Olympic Village is a green, safe and lively area to live in. Stratford International station (DLR) is just a stone's throw away from the flat, with Stratford station (tube, Overground, rail) a 10-15 minute walk away, for a really convenient commute into the city.

- Us, the flatmates - 2 professionals working busy jobs. One works in education, the other in consulting. We love a clean, calm home to come to the end of the day and would love a chat too. Respectful of each other's space and privacy.

- Extras - No Deposit. We hire a monthly cleaner to help keep up the cleanliness. Bills are about 80 - 100 a month. Wifi is included

- You our future flatmate - We are looking for a chill and relaxed person who is respectful. A female professional with a day time job who has a sense of community and up for giggles.
