Nice double room in Eat Village

Hello!!!
I'll be leaving my amazing flat in East Village soon, as I decided to move with my partner, so we are currently looking for a nice and friendly flatmate to occupy my double room in our 3-bedroom flat in East Village.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a triple wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. There is also lots of storage in the bathroom, which you'll share with only one girl.
The apartment comes fully furnished too with kitchen essentials, a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There is also a good size balcony!

The area is very green and safe with lots of restaurants, gyms, bars etc. The Olympic Park, Hackney Wick and Victoria Park are on your doorstep. The area is very well connected with Stratford International and the DLR right outside and the tube, overground and bus station a short walk away to Stratford. You can easily reach Canary Wharf, the city or Kings Cross in just 7 minutes. Westfield shopping center is 5mins away from the flat as well.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 working professional who are fun, easygoing, and very tidy. We're looking for someone social and considerate that will easily fit into the flat.

The rent is £642+ circa £60-100 for the bills + wifi. Move-in date from 25/09.
