Newbuild Double Room NO DESPOSIT

Hey all,

We have a room available in our townhouse as one of our current flatmates is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

You’d be signing on to a new lease beginning 18th February, a 36 month tenancy with a 2 month break clause and can move out at any point with a replacement tenant.

Current flatmates are myself (Lewis) and Cameron, both Scottish professionals who have lived in the house for a couple of years.

The room shares a bathroom (myself and Cameron have en-suites) so only shared between 2. There is a large open plan kitchen/living room/dining room on the 1st floor with the available room on the 2nd floor.

Bills not included and normally come to around £100 per person, per month which includes a cleaner coming once per month to clean the kitchen/dining/living room.

5 min walk to Stratford international DLR, 10 min walk to Stratford underground for Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, DLR and Overground. 5 min walk away from Westfield
