The Rooms

Well kept double bed with comfortable mattress, carpeted floor, bedside table and bedside lamp. Floor to celling window with lots of natural light, the sun pours but we have thick curtains too!

Bathroom
Toilet, sink, shower bath and two large mirrors with lots of storage behind - shared with one other flatmate as the third bedroom/my room is an ensuite.

The flat
Huge shared living space with balcony which overlooks the green and well kept private courtyard space below. We’re on the 4th floor so get lots of light and sun on the balcony in the afternoon/evening. Flat screen tv, dining table and work space. Large open-plan fully furnished kitchen with all usual appliances incl. dishwasher and nespresso machine. Laundry washer/dryer. We also have an amazing cleaner that comes once a month!

1. Young professional in late 20s, working full time in marketing management.
2. Young professional in mid 20s, working full time in financial services.
