Location is ideal, close to Edgware Road tube (Bakerloo line, District/Circle line). Little Venice is a short walk, which is lovely with the canal :)

Directly by Orchardson Street bus stop. Routes 6, 16, 98, 332, 414 easy access to Marble Arch, Oxford St (Edgware Road)

Tesco, M&S and Waitrose nearby.

The property is quiet with double glazing. There isn't a lounge, as that is one of the bedrooms.

There is an upstairs bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet. Downstairs there is an additional Toilet room.

Kitchen is modern, spacious, all the usual in addition to dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Fast fibre optic broadband - so if you watch enjoy iPlayer you can make the most of this :)

All bills are included (gas, elec, council tax). Ask me if you would like to use the bicycle shed, there is plenty of space.

Tenant should be a professional in full time employment. Non-smoking household. No illicit substances.

As landlord I live nearby, so I will always be around to get anything repaired promptly should anything be needed.

London is a great place to live. Housemates should be clean and tidy. Most importantly friendly to blend in with the great atmosphere!
