Double bed room

Room will be having only wardrobe and double bed

I have 1 room to rent in Edmonton Green London .  It’s a quietish area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. Shopping arround we have local shops nearby big Asda B&Q, Lidl, Iceland, Boots, Superdrug , Wilko, lost of clothing shops and food market. Public transportation as well London Overground Edmonton green which is 7 min by walk from the house and takes you to Sevensisters underground ( Victoria line ) in just 8 min   The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe (on the picture you can see more furniture which will be removed but in the same way you can see how much space is in the room ).  Cable tv and wifi included in rent. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room/ kitchen and bathroom and second separate toilet.  Ideally, I’m looking for someone who will fit in a very friendly household and who love dogs , housemates like to have a dinner together and have some drinks occasionally nothing to crazy we have a BBQ outside so summer we have friends coming over as well, we are very open people. Also if you like to exercise we have The Gym and Edmonton Leisure centre 7 min from house also lots of park if you love to go for run Pymmes Park, Jubilee Park and more .
