Bill included: Fiber broadband ONLY.
Council Tax is in band B.

Kitchen fully furnished, plus:
- New fridge/freezer,
- New washing machine,
- Microwave and kettle

These are rooms you can call home, with friendly, clean, tidy and respectful flatmates with their backgrounds checked. All contracts and deposit protection done properly, and landlord management superb, providing you with your Deposit prescribed Info, EICR, CP12 and full Inventory as UK laws requires.

Supermarket just steps away. Also a large selection of restaurants and pubs with stunning views. Price advertised is for single occupancy with 6 months contract. No couples. Feel free to enquiry for shorter periods, which will be more expensive, of course, and recalculated depending in length, accordingly.
