Cosy double in friendly E&C house-share.

This amazing cosy room is super close to both Elephant and Castle stations and Kennington station, all transport links are incredibly convenient.. It is located in a cute house on a quiet estate off the main roads. The ground floor of the house is super spacious with a little garden out the back and a big kitchen/dining area/living room. The top two floors each contain two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The room I’ll be leaving comes fully furnished (with pillows and a duvet as well as sheets and towels). There is a double bed, a closet and a small chest of drawers. Though the room is small I’ve found that I don’t actually need more space as the living room downstairs has a big table and two sofas. You’ll be sharing a large bathroom with a shower/bath with only one person.

I’m very sad to be leaving this amazing house and these amazing flatmates. I’ve gotten the opportunity to go on an exchange to the Netherlands for the last part of the year. I’ll be sad to leave behind three amazing people, all super friendly and clean students. Two guys, Oliver and Paul, and one girl, Cécile. About once a week we usually cook together but everyone is pretty busy with uni and life so we respect each other’s schedules and just enjoy the company when we can.

The rent has all bills included though there will be a one off payment of £100 to cover the cost of changing the name on the lease as well as a deposit.

I intend to move out the weekend of the 9th of February, so feel free to move in any time from then on! Feel free to contact me with any questions and do set up a viewing. Any weekday from around 4/5pm is usually good, and weekends are possible as well.
