The room available is a double, with an en-suite. The kitchen/ living room area is a large open plan space with very modern furnishings. The flat is on Deacon Street.
The building is brand new, and we are the first people to be renting the flat. Included in the building is a gym, private garden/ communal area, 24 hr concierge and common room. As residents of Elephant & Castle, you will also get free access to the Castle gym and pool on Friday's and weekends!
The flat itself is a short 3 minute walk from Elephant & Castle Station, with great connections into Central. Also within a couple minutes walk there is a GP, big Sainsburys, M&S, LIDL, Burgess park for their infamous 5k park run, post office, Mercato Metropolitan and plenty of fast food options. A bit about us: Jess does commercial dancing. Seb likes a bit of rock climbing and boxing. We both love a bit of a boogie and generally exploring London.
