I have a double bedroom (with en-suite) available to rent from 1st May 2024 for £1,400 all-in (bills included) per month. The 2 bedroom, new-build, 3rd floor property is located 10 minutes from both Kennington and Elephant & Castle tube stations. The neighbourhood is safe (we have 2 security doors before our door) and very central!
You will be sharing with myself; a 32 year old male city professional (Project Manager at Meta) who loves a mix of football, F1, gym, travel, shopping, and movies. I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and above all fun person to live with. I do my best to furnish the place to a very high standard. We have a brand new West Elm sofa, a Samsung 65” Frame TV, a Bosch washer dryer (new) and dishwasher, Le Creuset cookware, and lots of plants on the balcony! We also have Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube Premium, Sky Sports, TNT Sports and an Xbox Series X for all of your entertainment needs!
Finally, our block has a huge shared roof terrace (perfect for sunbathing or parties) and the neighbours are all really friendly, we regularly meet up downstairs where a new coffee shop, bar and gym have opened up!
