My previous weekly lodger has reluctantly had to leave due to changes in working patterns, so I now have a lovely double en-suite room to let on a Monday to Friday basis....however I would consider a 7 day let if required and the price adjusted accordingly .
The flat is new and stylishly furnished .
The room is Ikea furnished and the ensuite shower room Is a bonus. There is a desk/dressing table should you wish to work...the Wi-fi connection is good and reliable. There is also a TV with Netflix in the room.
I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would be looking for someone who would feel the same about their space and the flat in general.
Towels and bedding are provided and changed as necessary.
I am a professional working in Waterloo and as the flat is close enough I walk to work but there are also excellent connections by bus or the underground to anywhere in London.
