Double Room and Own Bathroom - Elephant Park

Hi there,

I've got a furnished double room available with your own bathroom (not en-suite, but sole use). The flat is in a new build in the Elephant Park area, approximately a 5 min walk to Elephant and Castle station - incredibly well connected with the Bakerloo and Northern Tube lines, the Elephant and Castle Train station, as well as buses to almost anywhere in London!

The Flat:
Double bedroom, well lit, furnished with bed and wardrobe. Sole use of the main bathroom, and shared (furnished) living room, kitchen, and balcony space. The development features a 24 hour concierge, residents gym, communal gardens, residents room and communal roof terrace.

Your flatmate (me):
I'm originally Canadian, a working professional who has been living in London for 5 years, and am looking for a new flatmate. I'm generally quiet and respectful of other's space, and would hope you're the same. I'm quite social as well, so it's nice to have a shared drink or meal occasionally. Not looking for a party flat, but for a comfortable, clean space to come home to. Any questions, please feel free to ask!

You:
Are professionally employed, are open to communication, and are generally nice and respectful of others. (My general life motto of "don't be a d*ck" could apply here :)). You don't have a cat (sorry, allergies) however dogs are welcome.

Bills/Other info:
As it's a new flat, I'm not too sure what the bills will be. I'm budgeting about 100 per person per month (common bills such as council tax, water, electricity, gas, and internet will be split equally). Hopefully the bills would come in at less than what I'm budgeting, as I am not factoring in a TV license or all the channels/sports package etc. Generally I clean up after myself, however I would be open to discussing an arrangement with a cleaner every fortnight or monthly.
