Compact double room. Great location & price

We are looking for a new housemate to take the compact lower ground room in our Victorian town house. There is one other bedroom on the floor with bathroom (including bath).

We are very centrally located between Elephant & Castle, Southwark and Waterloo. Central London (i. e. Trafalgar Square) is within 30 mins walk.

The house has a shared living/dining room area, kitchen, garden (which is now in a much better condition than in the photograph!) and a second bathroom. The rooms are fully furnished (including double bed) so you would not need to bring much with you.

Additional to the rent, you can expect to pay around £130 for all bills (inc. broadband). The cost of a cleaner, who comes for 2 hours every week and cleans the communal living spaces, is also factored into that figure.

We are a relaxed household with a friendly cat and are ideally looking for professionals in their late twenties or early thirties who will bring fun company and interesting conversation, and do a reasonable amount (i. e. their washing-up and tidying) to keep the place in check.

The current housemates are Jack (the landlord, a teacher), Jake (a barrister) and Alexis (an investment banker from France).
