Rent Reduced -1 Room For 3 Months Short Let 1 June

We are looking for a person interested in a short let for 1 room for 3 months from 1 June 2020. UNTIL 31 August initially.

Bedroom 3 is available (See floor plan)

The rent has been reduced due to current conditions!

THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND BEYOND SEPTEMBER IF INTERESTED.

THERE ARE 2 SHOWERS IN THE PROPERTY. YOU WOULD HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF 1 SHOWER FOR YOURSELF. NO SHARING!

You would be replacing the current occupant of this room who is leaving at end of May.

The other 2 tenants will be leaving on 31 August 2020 - hence the 3 months short let!

However, the person taking this room COULD stay on beyond September if they could find 2 new flatmates to sign a new joint tenancy agreement. The other 2 rooms are bigger.

The initial tenancy is for 3 months from 1 June.

3 bedroom flat, shared living area/ fully fitted kitchen with Dishwasher and washing machine.

You would be sharing with 2 flatmates who are:

1) A male doctor/ training to be a dentist at Kings Collage in his final year Nationality: Netherland

2) A Female student completing a postgraduate degree at Kings Collage London - (completing in August). Nationality: French

The tenancy is only until End August.

The monthly rent is £650 for the room. REDUCED DUE TO COVID 19!

HOWEVER FOR THE "RIGHT TENANT" THE RENT COULD BE NEGOTIABLE FOR THE 3 MONTHS.

There is Broadband already installed.

Nearest tube stations: Elephant and Castle (5 minutes); Borough (7 minutes) and London Bridge (10 mins)
