Large Double Bedroom in Sociable SE1 Flatshare

I am sadly moving out of my wonderful flatshare with two lovely people. This is a large flat and the room that is available is the largest room. Available mid-July, possibly sooner.

The Flat:
- Large living space with 50" TV with Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc.
- Huge, south-facing balcony for sunbathing, drinking, dinner, card games or tomato growing (all of which we are fond of).
- All appliances included (including dishwasher).
- Bills and council tax between 3 people is roughly £90 a month.
- Property managed by L&Q (London and Quadrant)

The Room
- Large room with double bed (mattress included) and 4 large under-bed draws
- 1 large full-height built in wardrobe and 1 free-standing triple wardrobe (option to get rid of if preferred)
- Full length door with Juliette balcony
- Bookcase and chest of drawers not included

The Flatmates:
- Are both wonderful!
- Both professionals - Tom is 31 and a Biology Teacher and Wiebke is 26 and a Project Manager. They're not a couple!
- Fun, into food, active and sociable. Both ordinarily live very busy lives so a good mix of being able to have the flat to yourself at times and socialising with them when they're in. Currently we are all working from home and there's plenty of space for this to still feel very comfortable.
- Both flatmates are tidy and we run a cleaning rota between us.

The Area:
-The flat is literally a 3 minute walk from E&C Tube or Overground.
- 15-20 min walk to Borough Market, Tate Modern, the delights of Southbank.
- We have the wonderful Mercato Metropolitano around the corner as well as the Southwark Playhouse.

Viewings:
We are happy to host people to view the flat but would ask you to wear a mask (we will too). There is enough room for us to remain distanced. We can do flatmate meets on Zoom or if it's a nice day there is more than enough room on the balcony. Otherwise happy to do a video of the flat and send it.
