You room will be a spacious double bedroom with its own bathroom just opposite the bedroom (with a nice tub). You’ll be sharing the kitchen and living room with me only. This apartment is a new built with 24 hours concierge, private free gym, resident garden, cinema and meeting room.

The location is very convenient and ideal for professional and student. 5 minutes walk away to Elephant and Castle Station (Northern and Bakerloo lines), 1 minute to bus stops, and there are large Sainsbury’s, cooperative, Tesco and Asian supermarket just within 5 minutes walk. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes and parks around, feel free to contact me for viewing and explore the area!

A bit about myself:
I am a postgraduate student at King’s College London. I am a clean, tidy and outgoing person. I love music, movie, cooking at home sometimes, a bit of wine in the weekend and all the furry friends.

I am a caring person and have been sharing flats for years and become good friends with many of my flatmates. I hope we’ll have mutual respect and you will be friendly, clean and tidy.

Moving date: around December to January but I can be flexible, couples will need to pay a bit more.
