Double room in central london
Looking for a friendly flatmate to share with me as my friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend.
I'm an architectural assistant, and as a flatmate very clean, considerate, respectful of space but also very happy to chill or share a meal/drinks together sometimes :)
The room is in a great location, 5-10 minute walk to elephant and castle underground station, and there is a bus stop just outside for buses to oxford st, shoreditch for e. g.
7th floor of a new-ish, modern apartment building so there are great views of the city. You can see the Shard!
Great spacious double room with lots of natural light. Right next to the bedroom is a large bathroom with a bath/shower for your own personal use.
The living space is super nice with wooden floors, large windows and balcony access. The kitchen has everything you need, an induction hob and dishwasher. Washing machine-dryer in the utility cupboard.
There is a nice small communal garden downstairs, a bike store and I think underground parking available if you want to pay for an annual parking spot.
Bills normally come to around £140 a month
The contract is annual and is due to renew in September.
My current flatmate and I take turns to clean - so looking for someone happy to clean/hire a cleaner once every two weeks.
