A double room and flat is available for rent in an apartment that I own close to Elephant and Castle and Kennington stations.

The apartment is conveniently located in a private, gated complex of 11/12 flats. My flat is on the first floor.

The apartment has a large open plan lounge and kitchen, a bathroom and two double bedrooms. The flat comes with a secure parking space included, within the gated complex.

My time tends to be spent outside London and therefore you will have the flat for long parts of the week and almost every weekend. I may occasionally need to be in the flat, but perhaps one or two days per month. The situation provides a perfect opportunity for a professional couple to enjoy a flat largely to themselves in a bustling part of London.

The price for the room is £900 per month for single applicants. For couples, the cost is £1,250 per month.

Water bills included. Electricity and council tax is not.
