Double room, well furnished available from 1st of march 2022 , Situated in CENTRAL LONDON in zone 1 just off Tower Bridge Road, Elephant Castle Station, London Bridge Station. We are looking for 1 friendly housemate to join our lovely house to make it 4 people living altogether.

It is a wonderful spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers, a big common room with dining table, TV and sofa, and also a lovely back garden. We are situated on a quiet and friendly street with very little noise.
As housemate, we would like working professionals who are clean, respectful and easy going.
The house is extremely well priced with the rent and bills being £573.50. In addition, we have to pay quarterly for gas and electricity but that usually works out at an extra +- £100 per quarter, so around 610 per month with all bills included, but now will gas and electricity going up I thing the rent will go up to around £640 to £650 per month.
House bills that include internet, council tax, water, tv license, cleaning product, kitchen paper towels, toilet papers, plus cleaner every Friday. The house is extremely well located, placed just off Tower Bridge Road at the beginning of Old Kent Road. We have excellent transport links and are in touching distance of the hip and trendy Bermondsey Street and cool Borough High Street.
