Available July for a Monday to Friday professional. £670/per calendar month, all bills included.

I have a ground floor flat in a terrace conversion, 3 BR, open plan kitchen / lounge with french doors out to the back yard/patio area and BBQ.

The flat has great transport connections: Zone 1, lots of buses (including night buses) and short 7 min walk to tube (Northern & Bakerloo line) and City Thames Link train to Blackfriars, Farringdon & St Pancreas etc. It is close to Walworth road and all amenities, shops etc and is improving every day.

The room is a furnished double; with lovely soft new carpet, double bed, wardrobe, draws and bedside table. If necessary I can provide towels and bed linen for a small extra charge/deposit. There is only 1 bathroom to share with the homeowner, I have a flexible schedule so morning bathroom clashes are unlikely.

You are welcome to use all the communal facilities during your stay; kitchen, BBQ, back patio, washing machine etc.

All bills are included, TV, internet, water, gas & electricity, council tax and cleaner. One month rent in advance, one month rent for deposit please. Rolling monthly arrangement.

You will be sharing with one other person; an easy going, 30 something professional Australian female, into travelling and sport etc. It’s my flat, so any problems are quickly and easily fixed!

I am looking for a lodger Monday to Friday who is easy going, tidy and respectful. Ideally I'd like someone interested in a longer term arrangement, so I prefer 1 month minimum, however I might be open to short term arrangements in the right circumstance. Definitely non-smoking house / applicants please.
