Double 4'6" bed

I am a 50+ gay male looking to rent my fully furnished and stylishly decorated spare room to a non-smoker. I have recently also redecorated the kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
The room has a 4’6” double bed, multipurpose wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a desk with chair.
My home is in the vibrant E&C just off the New Kent Road, but tucked away in a quiet corner less than 5 mins walk from both Bakerloo and Northern Line entrances to the tube. My home is on the ground floor, with communal foyer, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and electric shower, kitchen and open planned living room.
I am very clean and tidy and proud of my home. For the last 2 years, I have successfully rented the room on Airbnb and have been a super-host for the whole time and my reviews from over 200 guests speak for themselves.
I work in a GP surgery and spend a lot of time in my home but also enjoy the cinema, theatre, gym, travelling and visiting friends and family, so I have to be able to trust any roommate with my home when I am out or away.
I would prefer to only rent to other males, age and sexuality are not important as long as you are mature.
Looking to rent to sociable individuals, but not "party" boys.
