Room with impressive views over South London

Looking for a friendly flatmate with no fear of heights for a room in a skyscraper 2 minutes walk from the tube.

The location is very central with some good music and cultural venues nearby. Huge Sainsbury's is on the corner and market stalls as well as unpretentious eateries abound around the shopping centre. The building is secure with a 24 hour reception desk. Lots of buses and 2 Santander bike docking stations are in front of the house.

The room comes with spectacular views and a huge built-in wardrobe and a king size bed with mattress (plus a bedside table, optionally).

There is a washing machine, dish washer and most things you would expect. However, there is no TV as I do not watch any. I was considering getting a projector for the occasional movie night though.

Bills come to roughly 130 per month each.

I am very sociable, easy going and like music and dancing - to the likes of dancehall, soca, reggaeton and dubstep. I also read, like to make things (e. g. sewing or out of wood), I visit art venues enthusiastically and spend a fair amount of time out and about with friends as well as volunteering.

I am looking for someone relaxed, open minded and outgoing, who likes to have some music and friends around the flat sometimes. Also, someone, who is happy to keep the common areas clean and tidy.
