We are looking for a new person to join the flat-share - someone caring, clean and honest, someone who will love the flat as much as we do and will choose to make it their cosy home :)

Location/Transport links:
The flat is very conveniently located, it is less than 10 min walk to Eltham station, around 15 min walk to Mottingham station. Frequent trains, you can be in central in less than 30 min. Easy access to North Greenwich (Jubilee line) by bus.

The area:
A lively town center with lots of local shops as well as big supermarkets (LIDL, Sainsbury's, Tesco express) within 5 min walk. Greenwich council has been investing a lot into Eltham. Better Centre (library, gym, swimming pool...), new Vue cinema on the high street, cozy pubs and coffee shops. The area is very green!

The flat:
Well equipped kitchen, storage space, the bathroom has new flooring and sink. Rooms were renovated in 2016. There is a washing machine, a spacious fridge, tumble dryer.

The room:
This room comes with a double bed, big wardrobe, small corner desk, shelves.

Money:
£300 deposit is required. Bills (water, Internet, council tax, electricity, gas) are included (fair usage policy applies).

Please note:
- there is no living room in this flat; there is a young, very well-behaved cat in this flat

The couple you would be sharing the flat with is extremely clean. It is very important for us to find someone who appreciates the cleanliness as much and will take care of the flat as if their own :)
