Christmas/New Year Sublet in Cosy 1 Bed Apartment!

Hi hi,

I'm going to be away over Christmas & January so am looking for a lovely person to sublet my apartment,

I live here on my own but it's definitely suitable for a couple or best friends who are happy to share a bed!

About the place.. It's in New Eltham, a quiet suburb in South East London. I have lovely neighbours who take care of one another, many cats and a family of foxes. My place is a 5-10 min walk to the train station which offers great transport links into Lewisham then New Cross, London Bridge and Canon St.

The place is fully furnished, nice big bed and the heating/insulation is pretty good.

If you're interested give me a shout and yeah, it could be ideal for someone looking to stay somewhere whilst they're looking for a more permanent home or just visiting London for a short(ish) visit.

I'd be happy to rent the place any time (min 1 month) between Dec 22 & the end of Feb.
