We currently have two beautifully and tastefully furnished room on offer and you'll be living with a bunch of great housemates in a fantastic property.

It's located within a mile of Eltham Station with regular direct overground trains into central London, 10 mins by bus to DLR and Elizabeth Line in Woolwich.

The luxury home offers plenty of space and common areas including: Large comfortable lounge, modern open plan kitchen, dining room, modern and high spec upstairs bathroom with both rainfall shower and bath, downstairs toilet, summerhouse with bar and large fully heated hot tub, garage, front-drive with space for two cars and off-street parking for a number of cars, beautiful rear garden with laid lawn and decking area. As we both work Monday to Friday, the ideal housemate would work a similar pattern. We look at the house as a home and want the new housemates to feel comfortable and relaxed. We only ask that you keep the common areas clean and tidy and our respectable of noise after 11 pm on weekdays.
