I have a spacious furnished light and airy double room available in my flat in Eltham with an entry phone system, off street parking and close to local amenities. 15 minutes walk to the High Street.

I am looking for a NON SMOKING, CLEAN and TIDY person who will fit in my happy, relaxed and refreshing home.

Couples or two friends sharing will be considered and rent will be £400 per head inclusive.

The Kitchen/diner has a washing machine and various electrical appliances.

Rent is £600 - plus a £500 deposit inclusive of Council Tax, Electricity, TV License, Insurance, Internet, Water & Gas

The estimated cost of utilities is subject to reasonable usage so if actual bills are higher then a top-up will be required.

Room would suit a working professional.

Kinesys Gym is 2mins walk from the flat.

Eltham station is 8-10 min walk away,

There are trains to:
Victoria, Cannon Street & Charing Cross every 15/20 mins. Get to Lewisham in 8 mins for DLR Greenwich/Canary Wharf/Bank/Stratford

Bus route from in front:
132 to North Greenwich (30 mins max)
161 to North Greenwich (45 mins min)
286 to Greenwich University (30 mins max)

Bus route round the corner:
122 to Crystal Palace (Lewisham in 20 mins)

Buses to the High Street and beyond are available on the opposite side of the road and from Eltham Station.
