General Overview:
This is my own home recently decorated to high standards, a 3 floors beds terraced house w/3 baths & big garden. I decided to rent 1/2 of the 3 bedrooms if finding “suitable lifestyle” housemates to share with.

Area:

It’s in a crossroads between Motthingham/Eltham/ Grove Park and boarder with Greenwich in South East London (zone 4) but only 15 min by train to London Bridge, 25 min to Charing Cross or 20 Min Waterloo East and Victoria with SouthEastern railways (amazing hidden gem), at the same time surrounded by woods, walk paths in the green and parks. chic and indie Chislehurst is 9 min away. Bromley and Eltham High Street 10 min away.

It’s close to two trains stations and essential shops, only few meters walking distance to bus stop which is 5 stops away to the 2 main trains stations: Motthingam or Grove Park.

It’s a cool alternative to mainstream London, for nature and zen lovers, after a busy day in the city...namaste!

I am looking for clean and centred professional(s) or ideal for city workers commuters with a life purpose and experience in sharing and self awareness. That has good vibes and knows how to share with others, respecting space and privacy / quietness after a working day to recharge at home a specially as I work from home weekdays up to 6pm in my home studio.

The House:
The rooms is at the second floor with wooden floor through all the house and new bed and mattress. It had its own Toilet and private shower room downstairs. It has a big window which allows lots of light, a clothes rail and clothes draws below the bedframe. I am renting out the room(s) for 12 months max.

1 months notice is required to receive back the full deposit, (if staying 1 month only no need to tell anything in advance), but If any damages to the property caused by the person the fix costs, will be deducted from the deposit as well as cleaning if not leaving the room and house cleaned as was provided. Also if not matching lifestyle and living experience is hard after get to know more, I will notify as well 1 months ahead minimum to leave as not suitable house mate lifestyles.

Use of the kitchen but not heavy cooking like frying fish in the morning hours or daily curry cooking (as smell remains in the house for days) and cleaning after your cooking always every time as everyone has to be allowed to also cook in a nice and clean kitchen free from grease and heavy smells.

Professionals profile preferred, ideally City workers.
Minimum age looking is 25 and no couples or pets and with previous experience in house sharing.

The Room(s)
double room(s) of 13m2 room, with a double bed with storage and a new mattress and clothes rail. (Bedding not included for hygiene anyone has to use theirs or can be given but dry cleaning for duvet and pillows is to be paid and deducted from the deposit when leaving to sanitize them again).

Rent and bills:
920 Includes Broadband, to be added 80 pounds for electricity, gas and council tax. (Extra heating to be considered if going above usage)

About me:
I work from home as innovation executive and enterprise architect for major global consulting firms and my own business, that's why I also like and need quietness during week work days, clean house is a must, and respect for common spaces.
I am 44, from Italy, but lived abroad since 18, I am a seasoned traveller, with strong passion for other cultures , especially Japan. I am an abstract painter and Japanese pottery maker, passionate about design, anime, contemporary art , jazz and quantum physics as well as a real foodie :-). I love learning and explore new things. I speak Italian, Spanish and English , basic Japanese and always keen to learn, evolve and grow more.
