We love to keep the the house clean and tidy and our housekeeper comes in every fortnight to ensure the shared spaces are well maintained. Any maintenace issues are handled by our team and the gardener mows the lawn and looks after the grounds regularly in the growing season.

This house is super close to the supermarket, park, bars, cafe, restaurants and the gym and 3 minutes walk in the other direction to the station.

It’s fully furnished with a double bed (with brand new mattress protector), wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers and the bedrooms have door locks for your security.

As you would expect there is gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and warm, plus more space in the garden room and a fairly secluded rear garden with table and chairs to enjoy warm summer evenings.

In the kitchen there is ample fridge and freezer space. Cups, cutlery and crockery; pots and pans, toaster, microwave and of course a washing machine and dishwasher are available for your enjoyment.

There's on street parking and space inside for your bike.

You'll be sharing two bathrooms and two separate toilets among six of you.
