Large double room in shared apartment in Angel

This flat is incredibly spacious. We have a large shared living room, 2 large bathrooms, a very spacious kitchen with adishwasher and washing machine.

The double bedroom that I am leaving is massive and comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, and side table.

The 4 flatmates are an awesome internationally diverse group (Thomas, Aurelie, Maggie and Kristina). We are all professionals aged from 27 to 31. They are all super friendly and very sociable, are tidy, and always respectful.

The location is very central. There is a bus stop right outside, a 1 minute walk from Essex Road Station and 5min walk from Angel Station. There are a lot of bars, and restaurants very close by as well.

Rent is £1,040 a month excluding bills. We have a cleaner that comes every week to ensure the flat is always tidy.

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy going who will fit in well with the group here already.

I'm sad to be leaving this flat and amazing flatmates after a year and half, but I'm sure you will love it here! Please reach out if interested in an inspection.
