Double room in friendly share

A nice sized double room in a three-bedroom maisonette (bedrooms upstairs, kitchen and living room downstairs). There's a big living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a big garden with fruit and veg in the summer, tumble dryer, and the rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.

We are two guys in our 30's, one in theatre and the other in project management. We're friendly and often eat/watch shows together, with no particular pressure to socialise at any given point. We're looking for somebody who is laid-back, queer-friendly and tidies up after themselves. No smokers or drug users please; a pet might be an option, but cats are probably out as one of us is allergic.
