Huge room in Angel

Massive double room in Angel furnished with closet, bed, chest of draws and has plenty more room for a desk or couch. The house is huge and has a separate living area and large kitchen. There's one bathroom between three and an outdoor laundry with washer and drier. The best part of the house is the lovely garden area which is full of sun and plants and council tax included. Bills are then another £90 on top.

I work in marketing and enjoy getting out on my bike (especially during lockdown). Alice works with start-ups and DJs and is all round lovely.

Whilst we all do our own thing we do enjoy a meal together from time to time and a wine in the backyard on sunny days. We all appreciate the need for privacy but hope to find someone who also wants to be a part of the friendly house vibes.

Located right on Essex Rd, close to shops (all of them!), Upper St with it's excellent array of retail is right nearby and of course, we've got the hookup with transport links - Angel Station for the northern line and Highbury/Islington for the Overground and Victoria lines are both about a 10 min walk away and there's a bus stop with all the links north, east and central right outside the house! And lastly, we're surrounded by pubs, bars and restaurants so there's no limit to choice for heading out locally.
