Newly refurbished room in Angel

Looking for a new flatmate for a house just off Essex Road in Islington. 3 story house in a quiet cul de sac. We have amazing and friendly neighbours and there is a strong sense of community here- particularly nice in a global pandemic.

The room has just been redecorated to a high standard with wooden floors, new electrical socket (USB), new bed, new radiators and full length black out curtains. The room has a huge deep cupboard with draws and lots of rail space. The room has wall to wall windows and is garden facing which means that it is really quiet notwithstanding now central the location is.

There is a newly refurbished shared bathroom which is also decorated to a high standard. There is a large refurbished lounge with flatscreen tv (Virgin media and fibre broadband) as well as a desk for home working which you would be welcome to use.

The ground floor includes a dining room, kitchen and second wash room. The ground floor is yet to be refurbished but is clean, pained and comfortable. There are 3 shared rooms which is a lot for a 3 bed home.

You would be sharing with a brother and sister, one of whom works and stays away from home regularly. We are respectful, friendly, relaxed and house proud.

There is a Neal's Yard cheese shop, fishmongers, 2 Italian delis, coffee shops and butchers within seconds of the front door as well as the usual pubs etc that Islington is famous for (when open).

We have a garden which has been amazing in the summer. We don't have a cleaner at the moment but this could be something to discuss.
