Beautiful room right next to Barbican station

Hi!
I am moving out of this beautiful room and looking for someone to take over.

A double bedroom with huge in-built wardrobe, brand new bed & mattress as well as ample storage in a beautiful town house. The room is very bright and airy with huge arched sash windows. Windows have secondary glazing so it is nice and toasty even in winter.

You will be sharing with two other professionals, who are both very friendly and nice. Both of their rooms are on the third floor, while your bedroom would be on the second with bathroom with wc and separate shower room right next to the room. Living room and kitchen are on the first floor.

Location could not be more perfect. Both Barbican and Farringdon stations are 5min walk away, while St. Paul's is about 10min walk. The house is right next to Smithfield market - ideal location for people working in Clerkenwell or City. There are also plenty of supermarkets, bars and cafes nearby.

Most bills are included except electricity, which usually comes to around £20 per month per person. We usually also get a cleaner for communal areas twice a month, which comes to £20 per person as well.

You would be taking over my contract for 3 weeks and then sign a new contract with the landlady for 6months starting from March 1st. You're welcome to live here as long as you want but minimum stay is till September 1st. Landlady is aware that you would be taking over my contract so it is all legal and no subletting or extra fees attached.
