I am sadly moving back home and my room is available to rent as of Feb 13, 2020. Currently living in the flat are 3 young professionals (PR/Graphic Designer) and one who is currently finishing her Masters in Architecture. Everyone is super lovely and clean, but we all do our own thing! However, we occasionally share a meal or drink in the evening! This is not a party house but everyone is social!
The room is the biggest in the house, it gets lots of sunlight and the ceilings are high which is amazing. The flat itself is a bit older, but we keep it very clean and it's incredibly cozy.
The location is absolutely incredible. - SO central We are a 3min walk to Exmouth Market, and have a Co-op, Sainsbury's local and big Sainsbury's (Angel) very close by.
As per transport, Farringdon and Chancery Labe tube stations are a short walk away. But if you love walking absolutely everywhere, this is definitely the flat for you!
