This is a house share for responsible young professionals or graduate students. It is ideal if you work or study in the centre.

It is ideal during lockdown because we have 6 medium sized supermarkets just a few steps away (Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's and some private ones).

The room faces our private garden and the huge built in desk overlooks the garden. It is lovely and peaceful to work at the desk listening to the birds in the garden.

It is also a very bright room because it faces South and has a large Georgian window.

This is our family home which we are renting out while we live oversees so we make sure that it is kept in very good condition and very clean.

It is a strictly no smoking home so it suitable for people who also want a smoke free home.

We can include the bedding and towels if you want.

We have recently upgraded to the fastest possible fibre optic broadband.
