Affordable accommodation offered in FINCHLEY, Friern Park, N12 area, excellent opportunity for a female only homesharer who likes cats looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

We offer a fully furnished SINGLE bedroom for £200.00 per month with a one off non-refundable £100 administration fee and there is a £200.00 deposit which is refundable at the end of the Homeshare Agreement.

Travelling by public transport is easy as there are many routes available:

There are a number of bus routes very close to the house.
A short 6 /7 minute walk to the High street with all the local shops and supermarkets
Walking distance to the underground (Woodhouse Park) station – Northern Line and in Travelcard zone 4 - Approx. 23 minutes to London, Kings Cross

West Finchley and Mill Hill East stations are a short bus ride away.

A lovely lady in her 80's who is disabled but can walk with crutches and has a stair lift at home to support when she does go out – She is lacking some confidence at the moment and is hoping a homesharer can support her with going for some gentle walks to the High street and provide her with some companionship. She likes reading a lot both newspapers and books. She used to play the violin and piano and has a great love of classical music.
She is interested in joining Homeshare as she believes she can benefit from having some support around her home and some companionship at times.
The accommodation is a 2 bedroom maisonette which has a small kitchen, living room and shared bathroom with walk in shower.
There is a single bedroom with a lovely view over the back garden,
Single bedroom, with a single bed with desk and a chair and a number of shelves and a clothes rail.

There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There is Wifi available.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
