We are looking for fun and friendly housemates to join our lovely 5 bedroom house in Finchley (N3). There are 2 upstairs double bedrooms available. Both rooms are available immediately. We are a fairly laidback and sociable bunch so the new housemate would ideally match this and must be considerate, clean, tidy, and respectful. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly house and ask that our new housemate would share those views. We are two females and one male age 26-31

The house is very spacious and has:

Large back garden with shed

We live on a quiet street with some parking outside and are only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stops (263, 112 and 143 bus). The retail park with restaurants, cinema, bowling and gym is only a 5 min walk away. We have a quick connection to the A406 and are only a 5-10 min bus journey from Finchley Central Station and East Finchley station (Northern Line) or a 15-20 min walk.

The rooms advertised are upstairs double bedrooms furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawer units etc. This is for a single occupancy only and is available now.

Rent is £443.33 pm and bills are approx £65, inclusive of speedy WiFi. Deposit £443.00

We are a friendly bunch of professionals who work different hours and are in and out of the house at varying times.
