One of the two rooms offered for private use is a single bedroom with a small desk and storage. The other room offered for private use is a lounge equipped with a sofa, a large table and stool, large double wardrobe and storage, smart TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster for light cooking.

Both rooms together offer a comfortable living space (therefore no use of the main lounge offered). The house is very clean and peaceful. We are friendly, respectful, peaceful and generally quiet :). We also have two cats.

Use of the main kitchen. Use of washing-machine. Use of large garden (including garden furniture). Unrestricted on-street parking available just outside the house.

Walking distance (10mn) to shops. Bus 382 on doorstep (15mn to Finchley Central tube).

Nearest tube stations West Finchley, Woodside Park and Finchley Central (all on Northern Line). All about 30mn walk. Leisure centre with Lido swimming pool, Better gym, Vue cinema and restaurants around the corner (5-10mn walk). Quiet area.

Those two rooms are offered at £800 per calendar month payable in advance.
