Single room (£363 p/m) in Finchley Central

I'm leaving my cosy room in Finchley Central to move to East London in July. I've spent 1 year in this room & despite being it being small (which is why the rent is so cheap), I found it very convenient & homey.

Rent is due 10th of every month. It's available from the 1st July so you can move in early if you like (& pay me a once off payment of £120 to cover the rent between, 1-10 July).

The price is v reasonable at only £363 per month (which is probably the cheapest you'd find in all of London! 😂) Bills/council tax not included - they come to about £80 per month.

THE ROOM

-The room has a new bed and mattress (only bought in March by me). A full length mirror and a built in wardrobe. The room is not on a contract so you can leave whenever is necessary (you would just need to find a replacement).

THE HOUSEMATES

- You'll be living with 3 Irish girls (all 25). Interested in fashion, music, travelling, socialising & gym. We are looking for a tidy housemate & would be open to having someone who would like to socialize in the evenings/weekends. We respect each others space but like to have a few drinks every now & again together. The housemates are super friendly & know the area very well, so can give you any info/tips you need 😁

THE HOUSE

-The house is extremely good value for money. We have a large living area and garden. A decent sized kitchen and bathroom upstairs. We also have another bathroom downstairs. Parking is available if you drive. We are a 5 min walk from Tesco, Sainsbury's & Waitrose. Only a 10 mim walk from the tube station that will take you to central London in 30/40 mins & Camden town in 20 mins. We are on the Northern Line (tube station - Finchley Central). The area is extremely safe and v nice for walks. Located close to a park & a range of other shops.
