Hello! We are Billie, Sara and Kelly.

A room in our lovely home in North Finchley is available from the end of August/ beginning of September, as sadly Kelly is moving back home in Ireland. We are looking for a considerate, sociable, tidy and easy-going housemate, professional female. Preferably over 25.

You will be sharing with Billie, 23, currently completing a master's in drama and performing arts. Billie is fun, super friendly and sociable. Sara will be 30 soon and works as an A-level teacher in central London. Sara often works long hours and tends to get home late but is always up for a catchup and some TV when she is back in the evening. She is friendly and kind.
We get along really well and often hang out in the evening and occasionally go out for a meal or a drink. This is not a party house and smoking is not allowed either. We like to keep the place tidy so you must be willing to share the common responsibilities. This is a home, not just a houseshare, and therefore we are looking for someone that will fit in and become a part of our little family.

Our lovely two-floor home has a back garden, a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room, one full bathroom with bathtub (upstairs) and a toilet (downstairs). It's very cosy and homely and its location is ideal. We are about 3 minutes walk away from the high street, with plenty of shops, a gym, restaurants and cafés; and five minutes from the bus station with plenty of buses into central London. We are also super close to the tube, about 6 minutes walk away from a tube stop on the Northern Line. It'll take you about 15-20 minutes to get into Central London. The area is super safe and quiet. It really is a fantastic area to live in!

Rent is £561 per month, excluding bills. Bills come to about £110 or £120 per month (including council tax, wifi, water and electrics).
