Cosy, relaxed, lovely flat in Finchley

I am sadly leaving this beautiful home to move South, saying goodbye to two fabulous housemates.

Jess is a 29 year old actor/voice over artist doing various jobs in the creative industry, she tells great jokes and has an array of house plants (more always welcome) .

Caroline is a teacher at a primary school. She loves exploring london, watching sports, wine and cosy evenings in front of the TV, she also has many many plants.

The flat is set over the 1st and 2nd floor of a 3 story house (with a flat below us). It's quite modern, super clean and very cosy! There is a toilet on the first floor as well as a bathroom with both a bath and shower on the top floor.

The living room is perfect for an evening chatting with a drink, gaming, movies or binge watching series! The house has great WiFi, Netflix and Prime Video! With a separate kitchen/dining area, there is plenty of space and is never crowded.

Out of the kitchen a back door leads down steps to a small gravel garden with table and chairs and a washing line, great for the summer!

The available bedroom is located on the top floor toward the front of the house overlooking the street area, it's quute quiet and you get the sunet in winter. It comes furnished with Bed, mAttress, chest of drawers and clothes fram if you want it (an additional cost of £60 for the mattress and Clothes rail will be asked), There are also 2 large eaves storage cupbaords!

There is a electric hob and fan oven, big fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and a dish washer (but we don't really use it).

Rent is £566.67/month and bills are roughly £100 on top (depending on the time of year).

The move in date is 30th of July (can be flixible during that week though!)

Landlords are excellent and very responsive! They may require a reference but this has not yet been confirmed.
