2 bedroom flat with roof terrace short 2 month let

Hi, we are looking for someone to rent our two bed flat with a large private roof terrace and shared garden for two months from around 12th September to 19th November.

The rent we are offering is cheaper than market value, in return for looking after our 6 year old tabby cat (Mossie) while we are away. You would just need to feed her twice a day and be happy to share your home with her, so you must be a cat lover! This also means this would not be suitable for you if you are likely to be away for longer than a night at a time.

We currently use the second bedroom as an office, but we will be replacing the sofa with a large IKEA sofabed, which is comfortable and so this can be used as a second bedroom if needed.

We are on a quiet residential road directly outside the entrance to Dollis Brook, a lovely woodland area. We are also a short walk to Finchley Central high street and tube station.

The house will be fully furnished, we will be moving as much of our stuff as possible into our third bedroom (so we're just offering this as a 2 bed).

All bills are included.
