Double bedroom in Finchley

I am looking for a new flatmate in North London.
It's a first floor flat on a quiet cul-de-sac, 7 minutes walk from West Finchley station (Northern line, zone 4), and it's just over 20 minues to Leicester Square by tube. There’s a large Tesco, small Sainsbury's and a small Waitrose within a 10 minute walk.

The room on offer is fully furnished with a double bed (with under bed storage), wardrobe (with drawer, rail and shelf storage), shelving / storage unit, desk, chair, and blackout blinds. It has been recently redecorated, along with the rest of the flat.

There are 2 other bedrooms in the flat - mine and one I use as a home office when working from home. There is a separate living room and kitchen, bathroom with bath / shower (and underfloor heating), a small garden, and a communal green in the middle of the road. There is also free parking on the street if you have a car / for visitors.

Rent is £950 a month (payable in advance), which includes council tax, all utility bills, Sky TV, BT fibre optic broadband, and a fortnightly cleaner.

A deposit of one month's rent is also payable upon moving in. Monday to Friday lets may also be considered at a slightly reduced rent.

The room is offered on an initial 6 or 12 month contract, with a 6 week notice period at any time.

I am a 39 year old gay guy (live in landlord - so if the boiler breaks etc, I’ll get it sorted right away). I work in television and I enjoy theatre (where I spend most weekends), playing the piano, going to the cinema, baking, and eating out.

The room is not offered to couples. Non smokers only and no agencies please.
