I'm sadly having to move out to take a job elsewhere, so my huge, furnished double room in a friendly houseshare in Finchley Central (N3) is up for grabs for the remainder of my contract.

It comes with a king-size bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside cabinets - lots of storage space and a big bay window.

There is a shared kitchen and living/dining room, a big long garden with decking and garden furniture - ideal for house summer BBQs. We have two fridge-freezers and THREE bathrooms in the house so you will be sharing with only one other person, and have your own sink.

The current housemates are a great bunch, all clean and tidy professionals in their mid to late 20s who have their own social lives but enjoy getting together for BBQs, quiz nights and the like. Tory's a freelance photographer, Ben's an animator, Sarah is a paramedic and Phil works in marketing. We're keen to find someone who will fit in perfectly!

Rent is £655pcm plus bills, which come to about £95: these include water, electricity, council tax and fast broadband. The deposit is £990, there's an agency fee to change the name on the contract and the room is available now!
