Hi future flatmate!

There is a bit of the room and flat:

- En-suite bathroom with a large bathtub.
- Space under the sink to keep to keep more beauty stuff.
- Double bedroom.
- Chest (4 drawers)
- Small night table (2 drawers)
- Brand new mattress (changed on March 2020)
- Breathtaking day light (all flat)
- Space for a small desk (bedroom).
- Quiet & safe neighbourhood
- Cost:
*Room £737.50 (reduced from the original cost due the pandemic).
*Expenses £100 (wifi plus rest of bills).
- Large living room & kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Washing machine and dishwasher
- Large dinning table and 4 chairs

Who I am looking for:

- Clean, tidy and friendly flatmate (mostly nowadays with COVID-19)
- Reliable & responsible
- Female preferred (couples are welcome but the cost varies to £1000 per month in total).

- Friendly but very busy person
- I would love to catch up with you after work if that is okay with you.
- Tidy, responsible, respectful, reliable and decent.
- Love cooking so that could be handy if you need it.
- Lived here for 3 years already and counting ;) my flatmate for 7 years (we lived together in other property) moved with her partner while ago and I am looking for someone who called this place home not just occupy a room.

- The moving date is flexible from November to December however the most important thing is to find the right person (hopefully is you).
